This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the procedures and conditions under which YourVoic issues refunds for subscription cancellations, service downgrades, and other circumstances. We strive to ensure fair and transparent handling of all refund requests while maintaining the sustainability of our business operations.
2. Subscription Cancellations
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of the billing month
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid billing period
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Cancellations requested within the first 14 days of a new annual subscription may be eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations after the first 14 days will not qualify for a refund of the remaining subscription period
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid annual period
3. Service Downgrade
When downgrading from a higher-tier subscription to a lower-tier subscription:
- The change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period
- Credit is not transferred between plans
- You will continue to have access to your current tier's features until the end of the current billing period
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Eligible for Refund
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Significant service outage (exceeding 24 consecutive hours)
- Demonstrable technical issues that prevent service use and cannot be resolved
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Cancellation of annual subscription within the first 14 days of purchase
- Other circumstances at YourVoic's sole discretion
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Cancellation of monthly subscription after payment
- Cancellation of annual subscription after the first 14 days
- Unused credits or features within a subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with service features that were clearly described prior to purchase
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Changed requirements or purposes after purchase
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@yourvoic.com
- Include your account email address and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request
We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 7-14 business days.
6. Free Trial Conversions
When a free trial is converted to a paid subscription:
- You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand
- No refund will be issued if you forget to cancel your trial before it converts to a paid subscription
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue the service
7. Pay-As-You-Go Credits
For prepaid credits or pay-as-you-go pricing models:
- Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Unused credits expire after this period and are not refundable
- Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to other accounts
8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
For subscriptions purchased under promotional offers or discounts:
- Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid after discounts
- Promotional rates may not be applicable on renewal if the promotion has ended
- Special terms specified in the promotion may override this general refund policy
9. Changes to This Policy
YourVoic reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified policy.
