3. Generated Audio Content Delivery
For text-to-speech content generated through our service:

- You may download your generated content at any time during your subscription period
Processing times for text-to-speech generation depend on text length, selected voice, and system load, but typically range from a few seconds to a few minutes for standard content.
4. API Access Delivery
For users subscribing to API access:
- API credentials and documentation are delivered via email within 1 hour of subscription activation
- Comprehensive API documentation is available in your account dashboard
- API rate limits and quotas are applied according to your subscription tier
- API keys can be regenerated through your account dashboard if needed
Enterprise customers with custom API requirements may require additional setup time coordinated with our technical team.
5. Service Availability and Uptime
YourVoic strives to maintain high service availability:
- Our target uptime is 99.9% for all core services
- Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-usage periods and announced at least 48 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occasionally be required without prior notice
