By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Use of Our Services

2.1 Account Registration

Some features of our Services require you to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree:

• Not to use the Services for any illegal purposes
• Not to upload or generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Not to use our Services to create deepfakes or other deceptive content
• Not to use our voice generation services for impersonation with intent to defraud or deceive

3. Subscription and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans for our Services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new prices.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Content

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by YourVoic, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by India and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 Generated Content

When you use our Services to generate voice content:

• You retain ownership of the content you submit for voice generation
• You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated voice outputs
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text content you submit
• You may not claim ownership of the voice models or AI technology used to generate the content

5. User Content

By submitting content to our Services for voice generation, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use the content
• The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
• The content does not contain material that is harmful, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YourVoic and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

YourVoic, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

8. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
